Tutorials for spatial-domain clustering and denoising. All five methods share the canonical Maynard 151676 DLPFC Visium fixture and run the same Gaussian-mixture clusterer (pymclustR — a pure-Python port of CRAN mclust, so no R / rpy2 needed).
