**OmicVerse v2** is a unified Python framework for modern transcriptomics and multi-omics analysis.
It brings together **bulk RNA-seq**, **single-cell**, **spatial transcriptomics**, **visualization**,
**model-based analysis**, and **AI-assisted workflows** in one package.
